How Long It Takes
Allow about 30–45 minutes to prepare your proposal. An existing draft may take less time; additional presenters may take longer. You can save your progress and return later.
This is planning guidance, not a measured or guaranteed time.
There are three stages: Develop Your Idea (a conversation with the coach, one question at a time), Complete The Details (the official form, including presenter information), and Review And Submit. There is no set number of exchanges. You can type in the form directly at any point, or skip the coach entirely.
Pausing And Coming Back
- Save your draft and confirm your email. To return, ask for a link by clicking Return To A Draft.
- Each emailed link works once and must be opened within 30 minutes.
- After you open it, that browser stays signed in to your draft until you go 7 days without opening.
- Unsubmitted drafts are deleted after 90 days with no activity.
